Due to the
inconsistency of the economy, Classes will
be concentrated to 4 days . The menus taught
will vary according to what products are
appropriate each session, but all courses
conform to the following basic schedule:

· 1st Day - 9:30 a.m. Lesson in
a.m. Evening free.

· 2nd Day - 9:30 a.m. Lesson in
a.m. Evening free.
|
|
· 3rd Day - 9:30 a.m. Lesson in
a.m. Evening free.
|
|
· 4th Day - 9:30 a.m. Lesson in
a.m. Evening free.
|
Lessons last approximately four hours, and
are taught in English. In addition to the
cooking classes, the lesson include daily
tasting of some of the choicest Italian
wines.
